摘　　要：目的:探讨流浪精神分裂症患者社会功能及其影响因素。方法:收集入组者的一般情况(性别、年龄、民族、受教育程度、婚姻及职业状况、治疗及出院方式);分别采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SSPI)、社会领悟支持量表(PSSS)评定患者的病情、社会功能及领悟社会支持度。结果:共有89例患者完成调查。81例(91.01%)患者存在社会功能缺陷(SSPI<38分),其中中度缺陷28例、重度缺陷44例、极重度缺陷9例。受教育程度高及出院后回归家庭者SSPI总分明显高于其他情况(P均<0.01)。相关分析显示SSPI评分与PANSS评分呈负相关,与PSSS评分呈正相关(P均<0.01);多变量回归分析显示,患者PANSS总分是社会功能缺损的危险因素,家庭支持是保护因素。结论:住院的流浪精神分裂症患者普遍存在社会功能缺陷,其病情及领悟到的社会支持是影响其社会功能的主要因素。Objective:To explore the social function and its influencing factors of hospitalized homeless patients with schizophrenia.Method:The general information(gender,age,nationality,educational level,marital and occupational status,treatment and discharge methods)of the subjects were collected.The patients'condition,social function and perceived social support were evaluated by Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS),Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients(SSPI)and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS).Results:A total of 89 patients completed the investigation.81 patients(91.01%)had social function defects(SSPI score<38),including 28 moderate defects,44 severe defects and 9 very severe defects.The total SSPI scores of patients with high educational level and returning to their families after discharge were significantly higher than those in other cases(all P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that SSPI score was negatively correlated with PANSS score and positively correlated with PSSS score(all P<0.01).Multivariate regression analysis showed that the total PANSS score was a risk factor for social function impairment,and family support was a protective factor.Conclusion:Hospitalized homeless patients with schizophrenia generally have social function defects.The patient's condition and perceived social support are the main factors affecting their social function.
