摘　　要：本文对颠覆性创新在中国的理论研究热点进行计量分析,对涉及颠覆性创新(技术)的相关政策进行汇总,并以发明专利为视角探究政策实施的效果。研究发现:①理论研究上,概念辨析和理论阐述、后发企业的技术创新和商业模式创新,以及基于颠覆性创新理论的产业技术创新分析是研究的热点话题;②政策实践上,在顶层规划与战略方针中,颠覆性技术已经成为关注的焦点之一,并且政策逐步聚焦到人工智能、信息通信、新能源汽车等战略性新兴产业。研究表明,颠覆性创新在中国引发了广泛的学术理论探讨,并指导了产业政策实践,对新一代信息技术和新能源汽车等战略性新兴产业的技术创新活动也产生了积极影响。This paper takes quantitative analysis on the hot topics of research papers about disruptive innovation in China,summarizes the policy documents related to disruptive innovation,and analyzes the effects of the policies from the perspective of invention patent.The results show as follows.①From the aspect of researches,the hot topics are concept discrimination and theory elaboration,interpretation of technological innovation and business-model innovation for latecomer firms,and the discussion of technical innovation of Chinese industrial enterprises based on disruptive innovation theory.②From policy documents,disruptive technology has become one of the focus the top-level planning and strategic policies,and the policies gradually concentrate on artificial intelligence,information communication,new energy vehicles and other industries.The research indicates that,the“disruptive innovation”triggered a wide range of academic theoretical exploration in China,guided the adjustment of China's industrial policy,and took a positive impact on technological innovation activities in strategic emerging industries such as new generation information technology and new energy vehicles.
