摘  要:脑缺血-再灌注损伤(Ischemia-reperfusion Injury,IRI)是指脑组织恢复血液供应后,脑组织损伤继续加重现象.EGb761是银杏类黄酮和萜类化合物的混合物,具有抑制炎症反应、保护线粒体功能的作用,其在急性脑缺血中对线粒体细胞色素c及其相关凋亡通路的调控机制鲜有报道.在本次研究中,发现EGB761预处理能显著改善缺血大鼠神经功能障碍,降低氧化应激水平,使Bcl-2的水平增加,Bax、Caspase-3和细胞质细胞色素c(Cytochrome c,Cytc)的水平下降.这些结果表明,EGb761通过调控凋亡因子和细胞色素c信号通路减轻大鼠脑缺血-再灌注损伤.Ischemia-reperfusion Injury(IRI) is a condition in which brain tissue damage continues to worsen after blood supply is restored to brain tissue, and how to prevent and treat IRI is still a hot topic.EGb761, a mixture of ginkgo flavonoids and terpenoids, has the ability to inhibit inflammatory responses and protect mitochondrial function, and its mechanism of regulation of mitochondrial cytochrome c and its associated apoptotic pathway in acute cerebral ischemia has rarely been reported. In this study, we found that EGb761 pretreatment significantly improved neurological dysfunction in ischemic rats, resulting in increased levels of Bcl-2 and decreased levels of Bax, caspase-3 and cytoplasmic cytochrome c. These results suggest that EGb761 attenuates ischemia-reperfusion injury in rat brain by regulating apoptotic factors and cytochrome c signaling pathways.
