民办高校外语专业毕业生创业现状及其创新路径研究

摘　　要：这些年,在外语专业扩招的背景之下,也导致外语专业的人才面临更加激烈的竞争压力以及就业形势。所以,必须要针对外语专业的学生,加强就业指导,这样才能够科学地引导他们开展职业规划,提高创业水平。本文首先分析了民办高校外语专业毕业生的创业现状,之后又提出了几点相应的创新路径,以供参考。In the years, under the background of foreign language major enrollment, foreign language professionals also face more intense competition pressure and employment situation. Therefore, we must strengthen employment guidance for foreign language students, so that they can be scientifically guided to carry out career planning and improve the level of entrepreneurship. This paper first analyzes the entrepreneurship status of private college foreign language graduates, and then proposes some corresponding innovation paths for reference.
