摘　　要：本项目是一个律师朋友以EPC和EPCM模式委托,限价自住、父母养老和亲友聚会的近郊乡村自建小住宅。建筑是艺术与技术、追求与需求、品质与造价之间结合的产物,最难的是找到它们之间的平衡点。借鉴方形九宫格、院落、连廊、吊脚楼和局部曲线,表达了规矩方圆、法外有情、湖南乡村文脉等设计内涵。与律师朋友及家人坐在一方宅沙发上,在草地、绿树和田野映衬下沐浴着透过落地窗洒落的阳光,感受到了既U:别人快乐又从中得到快乐的愜意。This project is a small suburban rural home commissioned by a lawyer friend under the EPC and EPCM mode,with limited budget,used for owner-occupation,the owner's parents'retirement retreat and family and friend gatherings.Architecture is the combination of art and technology,pursuit and demand,quality and cost,and the most difficult thing is to keep the balance between them.Learning from the nine by nine grid square,courtyard,corridor,stilted building and local curve,the design expresses the connotation of square and circle,distilled love from legal principles,and the countryside culture in Hunan Province.
