摘　　要：脆弱的生态环境在城市的建设发展中极易被破坏,如何在满足人们对城市景观文化活动需要的同时,又将城市建设对生态环境的负荷降到最低,从而达到一种局部的生态平衡,是城市发展与更新的一大难题。文章旨在探讨在我国陕北宝塔山景区特有的人文与自然生态环境背景下,如何在保证生态安全格局的前提下,通过采取生态修复微循环体系等措施,营造在地特色的文化与场所精神,满足广大人民群众活动需求的同时,提升城市文化品质,最终达到一种生态环境与社会活动的平衡,为类似项目提供一定的思考与借鉴。The fragile ecological environment is very easy to be destroyed in the construction and development of the city.How to meet the cultural activities of the urban landscape while minimising the ecological load,to achieve a local ecological balance,is a major problem in urban development and renewal.Under the unique cultural and natural ecological environment background of Baota Mountain scenic spot in Northern Shaanxi,this paper aims to explore how,on the premise of ensuring ecological safety patterns,to create a culture and spirit of place with local characteristics by adopting measures such as ecological restoration of microcirculation system,to satisfy the activities of the general public while improving the quality of urban culture,and finally to achieve a balance between ecological environment and social activities,providing some thinking and reference for relevant projects.
