柴胡疏肝汤加减治疗抑郁气郁证的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究对抑郁气郁证患者采用柴胡疏肝汤治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月至临沂市荣军医院接受治疗的抑郁气郁证患者92例作为研究对象,按计算机分组法将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组46例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用柴胡疏肝汤配合治疗,分别观察两组患者治疗后的有效率,对比两组患者治疗前后的焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)及抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分结果,对比两组患者治疗后症状缓解时间及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分,并统计两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,治疗后的SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组,胸闷、胁痛、失眠等症状缓解时间及PSQI评分低于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,以上数据经对比差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝汤可有效地改善临床症状,同时可有效缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁等负面情况,提高治疗效果,改善睡眠质量并降低不良反应发生风险。此方剂临床价值较高,建议予以推广应用。Objective:To study clinical effect of the Chaihu Shugan decoction(柴胡疏肝汤)on the patients with depression with Qi-stagnation syndrome.Methods:A total of 92 patients with depression with Qi-stagnation syndrome who received from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the computer grouping method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with the Chaihu Shugan decoction.The effective rates in the two groups of patients after treatment were observed,and the SAS and SAS before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The symptom relief time and PSQI score after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was counted.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group,the SAS and SDS scores after treatment were better than the control group.The remission time of symptoms such as chest tightness,hypochondral pain,and insomnia,and PSQI score were lower than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group.Conclusion:The Chaihu Shugan decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,effectively relieve anxiety,depression and other negative conditions in patients,and improve its therapeutic effect.This prescription has high clinical value,and it is recommended to be promoted and applied.
