摘　　要：肝硬化腹水作为临床疑难病种,其致死率居高不降,针对本病的治疗仍是临床难题:肝移植费用高昂、利尿剂耐药、病情反复,缺乏有效治疗手段。张齐昌教授从事中医药临床工作50余年,在中医药抗肝纤维化和促进腹水吸收方面取得显著效果。文章扼要地总结了老师以中医药治疗鼓胀的丰富临证经验。As a difficult clinical disease, the mortality of cirrhotic ascites is still high. The treatment of this disease is still a clinical challenge: high cost of liver transplantation, diuretic drug resistance and repeated illness, and lack of effective treatment methods. Professor ZHANG Qichang has worked in the clinical practice of TCM for more than 50 years, and has achieved remarkable results in anti-liver fibrosis and promoting ascites absorption. This paper briefly summarizes the teacher’s rich clinical experience in the treatment of tympanites in traditional Chinese medicine.
