摘　　要：打造“海丝”区域文化共同体,是强化国家软实力、促进国家安全的需要,是加强“海丝”区域互信合作,维护地区和平与安全、繁荣与稳定的需要。虽然“海丝”区域有着文化的地域性差异,但是从以往的交往历史来看,也有着诸多文化互动的成功经验。打造“海丝”文化共同体,要坚持以下原则,一是以和为贵,和而不同;二是并行不悖,坚持多元共存,共同繁荣;三是求同存异,文化整合,提炼、共塑“海丝”共同价值观;四是辩证发展,坚持儒家文化为核心,建构“海丝”文化共同体的哲学基础。The Silk Road region has regional differences in culture,but from the perspective of communication history,it also has many successful experiences of cultural interaction and has the unique advantage of building a cultural community.Adhere to the principles of valuing harmony,harmony with differences,pluralistic coexistence,common prosperity,seeking common ground while reserving differences and cultural integration,refine and jointly shape the common values of Silk Road,and build a Silk Road regional cultural community with Confucian culture as the core.This is not only the need to strengthen national soft power and promote national security,but also the need to strengthen mutual trust and cooperation in the maritime Silk Road region and maintain regional peace,security,prosperity and stability.
