摘　　要：目的探讨棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液治疗首发精神分裂症的临床效果。方法选择2018年10月至2020年11月本院收治的首发精神分裂症患者80例,随机分为对照组和研究组各40例,对照组予以利培酮治疗,研究组应用棕榈酸帕利哌酮治疗,比较两组临床疗效、阳性与阴性症状评分(PANSS)及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗后各时段的PANSS评分较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论棕榈酸帕利哌酮注射液用于首发精神分裂症的治疗,疗效确切且安全性高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of paliperidone palmitate injection in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 patients with first-episode schizophrenia treated in our hospital from October 2018 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone,and the study group was treated with paliperidone palmitate.The clinical efficacy,positive and negative symptom scores(PANSS)and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The PANSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Paliperidone palmitate injection is effective and safe in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia.
