推进农业科研院所先进文化建设的探索与实践--以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：先进文化是提升农业科研院所创新能力,促进农业科技创新事业可持续发展的不竭动力。新时代,农业科研院所面临着新任务、新使命、新担当,需要以先进文化建设为抓手,完善院所治理体系、增强院所治理能力、提高院所发展质量。文章以农业科研院所先进文化建设的探索与实践为例,阐释了先进文化建设的重要意义,总结了江苏省农业科学院文化建设的做法和经验,提出了进一步加强先进文化建设、提升文化建设成效的措施建议。Advanced culture is the inexhaustible driving force to enhance the innovation ability of agricultural research institutes and to promote sustainable development of agricultural science and technology innovation.In the new era,agricultural scientific research institutes are facing the new tasks,new missions and new responsibilities.We should take the construction of advanced culture as the instrumentality to optimize the governance system,enhance the governance ability,and improve the quality of the development.Taking the exploration and practice of advanced culture construction of agricultural scientific research institutes as an example,the significance of advanced culture construction was explained in the paper.Practices and experience of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences were summarized,and measures to further strengthen the construction of advanced culture and enhance the effect of cultural construction put forward.
