舌系带矫正术对舌系带过短患儿语言发育的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舌系带矫正术对舌系带过短患儿语言发育的影响,进一步总结训练方案和改进措施,提升家属的配合度,改善发音效果。方法选取2021年1~12月我院收治的50例患有舌系带过短症状的患儿,均在医院接受舌系带矫正手术治疗,并通过儿童监护人的允许,按照随机分组的方法分为试验组和对照组,试验组通过舌系带矫正术对患儿进行语言训练,对照组仅对患儿采用常规的语言训练,对两组患儿治疗后的疗效、发音效果改善时间和不良反应发生情况进行对比。结果试验组患儿治疗有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组患儿的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿的发音效果改善时间明显短于对照组患儿,对照组改善时间为(17.42±1.97)个月,试验组为(6.18±2.89)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患儿在治疗后均未发生不良反应。结论采用舌系带矫正术对舌系带过短患儿进行治疗能够明显改善患儿的语言发育,且发音效果改善时间更短。Objective To explore the effect of Lingual Frenulum correction on the language development of children with lingual frenulum shortening,and to summarize the training program and improvement measures to improve the family's cooperation and pronunciation.Methods We selected 50 children who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021,all of them were treated by lingual frenulum correction surgery,and were divided into experimental group and control group according to the method of random grouping with the permission of children's guardian,the children in the test group were given speech training by means of lingual correction operation,and the children in the control group were given normal speech training only.Results The effective rate of children in the experimental group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the children in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of the pronunciation effect of the children in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the children in the control group,the time of improvement was(17.42±1.97)months in control group and(6.18±2.89)months in test group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment.Conclusion Tongue frenulum correction is used to treat children with short tongue frenulum.Tongue frenulum correction can obviously improve the language development of children with short tongue frenulum,and the improvement time of pronunciation effect is shorter.
