聚焦解决护理模式在白血病化疗患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探析聚焦解决护理模式在白血病化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月至2021年11月收治的200例白血病化疗患者,将应用常规护理模式干预的100例患者作为常规组,将应用聚焦解决护理模式干预的100例患者作为试验组,比对不同方式的护理价值。结果试验组心理状态异常率与中重度异常率分别为30.00%、14.00%,均低于常规组的45.00%、26.00%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的应对方式评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,试验组患者的积极应对评分高于常规组,消极应对评分低于常规组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的癌因性疲乏评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,试验组患者的认知、情感、感知及行为评分均低于常规组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对白血病化疗患者开展聚焦解决护理模式可进一步确保其生理与心理舒适度,还可增强其积极应对行为,改善癌因性疲乏程度,符合临床护理需求。Objective To explore the application effect of focused solution nursing model on leukemia patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 200 leukemia chemotherapy patients from October 2020 to November 2021 were selected,100 patients were treated with routine nursing mode as the routine group,and 100 patients were treated with focused solution nursing mode as the experimental group,the value of care in different modalities was compared.Results The abnormal rate of psychological state of 30.00% and 14.00% in the experimental group were lower than that of 45.00% and 26.00% in the routine group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no difference in the scores of coping styles between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the positive coping score of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group,and the negative coping score was lower than that in the routine group,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no difference in cancer-related fatigue scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the cognition,emotion,perception and behavior of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the routine group,and there were differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The solution-focused nursing model for leukemia patients undergoing chemotherapy can further ensure their physical and psychological comfort,enhance their active coping behavior,improve cancer-related fatigue,and meet clinical nursing needs.
