技术生态位对企业创新绩效影响的实证检验

摘　　要：全面综合考察技术生态位对企业创新绩效的影响效应,可为企业预防与避免无效创新提供经验支持与决策参考。文章利用面板计量模型与空间模型,从技术生态位宽度和重叠度两个视角考察技术生态位对企业创新绩效的影响。研究结论显示:第一,技术生态位宽度正向促进企业创新绩效,而技术生态位重叠度抑制企业创新绩效;第二,网络中心度对技术生态位与企业创新绩效间的关系起调节作用;第三,技术生态位具有正向空间溢出效应,有助于提升邻近城市企业的创新绩效;第四,相较于中西部城市与外围城市,东部城市与中心城市技术生态位对企业创新绩效的作用效果于2015年后得到强化。A comprehensive study about the impact of technology niche on enterprise innovation performance can provide empirical support and decision-making reference for enterprises to prevent and avoid ineffective innovation.Using panel econometric model and spatial model,this paper examines the impact of technology niche on enterprise innovation performance from the perspectives of technology niche's width and overlap.The results show that firstly,the breadth of technology niche positively promotes enterprise innova-tion performance,while the overlap of technology niche inhibits enterprise innovation performance;secondly,network centrality moderates the relationship between technology niche and enterprise innovation performance;thirdly,technology niche has positive spatial spillover effect,which helps to improve the innovation performance of enterprises in adjacent cities;fourthly,compared with the central and western cities and peripheral cities,the effect of technology niche on enterprise innovation performance in the eastern and central cities has been strengthened after 2015.
