摘　　要：Singapore executed two men in one month in the spring of 2022 for drug offenses,marking the resumption of the death penalty in the country after a pause of more than two years.The executions stimulated unusual abolitionist sentiment in Singapore as well as international concern,especially the execution of a 33-year-old Malaysian national.
