朴炳奎“和其不和”思想在大肠癌治疗中的运用

摘　　要：“和其不和”是朴炳奎教授对“肿瘤扶正培本”理论的高度凝练,是中国传统文化元素的展现。在治疗大肠癌过程中,“和其不和”重点在于“调和”,调和人体的脏腑阴阳形神,力求恢复人体“和”的状态,使人体达到阴平阳秘的境界,带瘤生存便是该思想的具体体现;在遣方用药方面,以“和而不同”为立方原则,主张扶正药与祛邪药同用,方小力宏,用药贵精不贵多。“Regulating the imbalance of the body”is Professor PIAO Bingkui’s highly concise generalization to the theory of strengthening the vital qi and cultivating the body in the treatment of tumors,which manifests the cultural elements in traditional Chinese medicine.According to him,in the treatment of colorectal cancer,the key point lies in“achieving a harmonious state of the body”by regulating the zang-fu viscera,yin and yang,the body and mentality,etc.,in order to restore the relative equilibrium of yin-yang.To be specific,to survive with a tumor is the concrete embodiment of this idea.In term of drawing up prescriptions and medications,Professor Piao Bingkui adheres to the principle of“pursuing harmony but not uniformity”,advocating the integral use of drugs for strengthening the vital qi and for eliminating pathogens.Besides,he tends to use prescriptions with fewer ingredients to achieve the most remarkable effect.
