摘　　要：目的基于藏象理论探析吉林省气虚体质者的体质与出生日期先天五运六气因素的相关性,以便于更好的探索先天禀赋与气虚体质形成的关系。方法对吉林省2019年8月-2020年12月15岁以上居住年限超过10年的105例气虚体质者出生日期所属五运六气特点的人数分布情况进行描述性统计及卡方检验。结果气虚体质者的出生日期在不同岁运、主气、客气和司天在泉的人数分布差异明显(P<0.05)。结论出生日期的岁运等运气因素与吉林省人群气虚体质的形成有相关性。Objective To analyze the correlation between the population with the qi deficiency constitution in Jilin Province and their congenital five evolutive phases and six climatic factors on their birth dates on the basis of the theory of visceral manifestations,in order to better explore the relationship between the innate endowment and the formation of qi deficiency constitution.Methods From August 2019 to December 2020,a descriptive statistics and a chi-square test were performed on the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors distribution characteristics in 105 subjects with the qi deficiency constitution who were over 15 years old and had lived for more than 10 years in Jilin Province.Results There were significant differences in the distribution of birth dates of people with the qi deficiency constitution in the aspects of year evolution,host climate qi,guest climate qi,celestial manager qi and qi in the earth(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors on their birth dates and the formation of the qi deficiency constitution in the population of Jilin Province.
