摘 要:越来越多的研究表明微生物菌群在消化系统恶性肿瘤的发生发展中扮演着重要角色,尤其是具核梭杆菌(F.n),在包含口腔癌、食管癌、结直肠癌等在内的消化道恶性肿瘤患者中被检测到显著富集,并与不良预后显著相关。现有证据表明F.n可通过黏附定植、诱发炎症、抑制免疫、促进肿瘤增殖、增强肿瘤侵袭等多种方式参与到相关消化系统恶性肿瘤的疾病进程中。本文就F.n与消化系统恶性肿瘤间的关系及其可能的作用机制作一综述。More and more studies have shown that microbial flora play an important role in the occurrence and development of digestive system malignant tumors,especially Fusobacterium nucleatum(F.n),which has been significantly enriched in patients with digestive tract malignant tumors suggesting a poor prognosis,including oral cancer,esophageal cancer,and colorectal cancer.Existing evidence showed that F.n might be involved in the process of related digestive system malignancies through adhesion and colonization,inflammation,suppressing immunity,promoting tumor proliferation,and enhancing tumor invasion.This paper reviews the relationship between fusobacterium nucleatum and digestive system malignancy and the possible mechanism.
