摘  要:作为国际赛事重要的组成部分,翻译志愿者的服务能力对赛事的成败有着重要的影响。本研究以晋江市中学生运动会高校翻译志愿者为例,从志愿者的动机、英语专业技能、培训情况、合作意识和沟通能力四个方面考察翻译志愿者的现状,并对调查结果进行分析和讨论,从而提出适应新形势下翻译志愿者需求的培训策略,为地方和高校建设专业化和系统化的志愿者队伍提供参考。As an essential part teaching activities in the universities, curriculum assessment is not only an indispensable route to examine test the students’ learning effect and comprehensive mastery of knowledge, but also a key method to check teachers’ teaching qualities and effects. At present, the current curriculum assessment methods in our national colleges and universities remain to be updated and can’t currently meet the requirements of talent training, Aiming at balancing the existing deficiencies, it is urgent to establish a set of scientific and reasonable assessment modes and systems, Thus, improving the teachers’ teaching methods and skills. concurrently, the improvement of improving the teachers’ teaching methods and teaching skills;concurrently, the students’ learning enthusiasm, initiative and innovative spirit will be largely promoted. As a result, our teaching qualities can be fully upgraded.
