摘 要:探究宿州市售蔬菜样品中重金属As,Hg的含量水平,分析污染状况,评估其潜在的健康风险。采用氢化物发生原子荧光分光光度法对蔬菜样品中砷、汞的含量进行测定,利用单因子污染指数法、重金属污染指数法、目标危害系数法对宿州市售蔬菜样品中As,Hg污染程度及暴露人群健康风险进行评估。结果表明,本研究样品中As,Hg的平均含量均低于国家标准限值。根茎类蔬菜样品有As残留,其他种类蔬菜样品中Hg,As含量均属于无污染水平。健康风险研究显示本研究中大部分蔬菜样品中As,Hg元素不存在健康风险,根茎类蔬菜样品中As对成人、儿童的THQ均大于1,对暴露人群存在健康风险,需进一步采取针对性的控制措施。To explore the levels of heavy metals As and Hg in vegetables sold in Suzhou,Anhui,analyze the pollution status and assess the potential health risks.Determination of arsenic and Mercury in vegetable samples by hydride generation atomic fluorescence Spectrophotometer,the single factor pollution index,heavy metal pollution index and target hazard quotient methods were used to evaluate the pollution levels of As and Hg in vegetables sold in Suzhou,Anhui and health risks of the exposed population.The test results showed that all the average As and Hg contents were lower than the national standard limit among the vegetable samples in this study.The pollution levels of As and Hg in root vegetable samples were slightly polluted,while in other kinds of vegetable samples were relatively safe.The health risk assessment showed that the contents of As and Hg in most vegetable samples were at acceptable levels.The compound health risk index(THQ)of adults and children eating crustaceans was>1,which suggests a potential risk to human health,so it is necessary to further strengthen targeted control measures.
