溃疡性结肠炎患者血清IGF-1与IGFBP-3表达水平的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的分析溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)患者血清胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3(IGFBP-3)表达水平的变化及临床意义。方法将我院2020年3月-2021年3月收治的60例UC患者设为研究组,另选取同期健康体检者60例为对照组,分别检测两组患者血清中IGF-1、IGFBP-3表达水平。研究组患者再根据Mayo评分,分为缓解期组(26例)和活动期组(34例),比较不同分期患者血清中IGF-1、IGFBP-3的表达水平。结果研究组患者血清中IGF-1表达水平及IGF-1/IGFBP-3比值均显著低于对照组(t=18.528、10.578,P<0.05),IGFBP-3表达水平比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。缓解期UC患者血清中IGF-1表达水平及IGF-1/IGFBP-3比值均显著高于活动期UC患者(t=4.221、2.738,P<0.05),血清中IGFBP-3表达水平比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论IGF-1、IGF-1/IGFBP-3比值可作为临床诊断UC的重要指标,同时IGF-1/IGFBP-3比值可为临床医师判断患者病情的活动性提供一定的参考价值。Objective To analyze the changes in the expression of serum insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)and insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3(IGFBP-3)in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC)and their clinical significance.Methods We selected 60 patients with UC admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 and 60 control subjects who underwent health examinations during the same period.The expression levels of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 were measured for the two groups.The patients with UC were divided into remission-phase group(26 cases)and active-phase group(34 cases)according to the Mayo score.The levels of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 were compared between patients in different phases.Results IGF-1 level and IGF-1/IGFBP-3 ratio in the UC group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=18.528,10.578,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IGFBP-3 level between the UC and control groups(P>0.05).The patients in remission phase showed a significantly higher IGF-1 level and a significantly higher IGF-1/IGFBP-3 ratio than those in active phase(t=4.221,2.738,P<0.05).IGFBP-3 level showed no significant difference between the remission-phase and active-phase groups(P>0.05).Conclusion IGF-1 and IGF-1/IGFBP-3 can be useful in the clinical diagnosis of UC.IGF-1/IGFBP-3 provides a reference for clinicians to judge the disease activity of patients.
