杏芎氯化钠注射液联合口服倍他司汀治疗后循环缺血患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究及分析杏芎氯化钠注射液联合口服倍他司汀治疗后循环缺血患者的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年11月陆丰市人民医院收治的80例后循环缺血患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组口服倍他司汀进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用杏芎氯化钠注射液。比较两组疗效、不良反应发生情况、左椎动脉血流速度、右椎动脉血流速度、基底动脉血流速度及凝血指标[纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)、凝血酶原时间(PT)]。结果:治疗1、2周,观察组总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1、2周,左、右侧椎动脉血流速度及基底动脉血流速度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、2周,观察组FIB、D-D及PT均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:杏芎氯化钠注射液联合口服倍他司汀在后循环缺血患者中的疗效较好,可显著改善血流及凝血指标,安全性值得肯定,因此在后循环缺血患者中的应用价值较高。Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of Floium Ginkgo Extract and Tertram Ethypyrazine Sodium Chloride combined with Betahistine by oral in patients with posterior circulation ischemia.Method:A total of 80 patients with posterior circulation ischemia admitted to Lufeng People’s Hospital from January 2019 to November 2021 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Betahistine orally,and the observation group was treated with Floium Ginkgo Extract and Tertram Ethypyrazine Sodium Chloride on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,blood flow velocity of left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery,basal artery and coagulation indexes[fibrinogen (FIB),D-dimer (D-D),prothrombin time (PT)]were compared between two groups.Result:1,2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05).1,2 weeks of treatment,the blood flow velocity of left and right vertebral artery and basal artery of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).1,2 weeks of treatment,FIB,D-D and PT of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Floium Ginkgo Extract and Tertram Ethypyrazine Sodium Chloride combined with Betahistine by oral in patients with posterior circulation ischemia is better,and it can significantly improve the blood flow and coagulation indexes,its safety is worth affirming,so its application value in the patients with posterior circulation ischemia is higher.
