儿童吮指习惯导致前牙开[牙合]的早期矫治的研究进展

摘　　要：前牙开[牙合]是儿童成长过程中常见的错[牙合]畸形,儿童吮指习惯已经被证明是导致前牙开[牙合]的病因之一。儿童吮指习惯导致的前牙开[牙合]的治疗重点是消除吮指习惯,允许前牙垂直发育,不受干扰,缩短上下颌切牙切嵴间的垂直距离,内收和伸长前牙。本文介绍了吮指习惯的预防方法和前牙开[牙合]早期矫治的矫治方法,对比了各种矫治方法的疗效、优缺点以及矫治效果的稳定性,旨在为口腔医生在针对吮指习惯引起的前牙开[牙合]早期矫治中的临床应用提供更多可参考的方法。Anterior open bite is a common malocclusion in growing children,finger-sucking habit in children has been shown to be one of the etiologies leading to anterior open bite.Treatment of anterior open bite due to finger-sucking habit in children focuses on eliminating finger-sucking habit,allowing vertical development of anterior teeth without interference,reducing overbite,and internalizing and extrusion anterior teeth.This article introduces the preventive methods of finger-sucking habit and the orthodontic methods of early orthodontic treatment of anterior open bite,comparing the efficacy,advantages and disadvantages of various orthodontic methods and the stability of the orthodontic effect,aiming to provide more referable methods for dentists in the clinical application of early orthodontic treatment of anterior open bite caused by finger-sucking habit.
