摘  要:为了改善企业生产环境、简化生产结构、提高生产效率,设计了稀土抛光粉干燥窑控制系统。系统分别采用S7 1200 CPU1215 DC/DC/DC和西门子触摸屏作为控制器和人机交互界面,通过采集干燥窑的温度信号、流量信号,控制其相应的执行机构。介绍了PLC和触摸屏的特点,并从系统的组成和功能方面介绍了PLC和触摸屏组成的干燥窑控制系统,详细阐述了系统的设计思路、PID参数获取、博途组态软件使用中遇到的问题及解决方法。通过在实验室进行干燥窑温度的模拟控制实验表明,该控制系统具有稳定性好、精确性高和人机交互友好等特点。PLC和触摸屏组成的干燥窑控制系统对于实现PLC应用的灵活性和可视化具有重要意义,为工程实践提供了指导,进一步促进了工控领域的发展。In order to improve the production environment, simplify the production structure and improve the production efficiency, the drying kiln control system of rare earth polishing powder is designed. By adopting S7 1200 CPU 1215DC/DC/DC as the controller and touch screen as interactive interface, the temperature and flow signals in drying kiln are collected and the actuators are controlled. It introduces the property of PLC and touch screen, and introduces drying kiln control system composed of PLC and touch screen from the constitution and the function of this system, and besides the design of the system、the acquisition of PID parameters、the problems and solutions encountered in the use of the TIA Portal configuration software are described in detail. According to doing analog control experiment of drying kiln’s temperature in laboratory, the designed system presents the characteristics of good stability、high accuracy and friend man-machine alternation. The drying kiln control system composed of PLC and touch screen is of great significance to realize the flexibility and visualization of PLC application, provides guidance for engineering practice, and further promotes the development of industrial control field.
