基于契约和人际视角下合作关系对项目管理绩效的影响研究

摘　　要：项目治理对实现我国质量集约增长至关重要。本文构建了合作关系对项目管理绩效影响的理论框架,并通过322份有效问卷进行实证检验。实证分析结果表明:基于契约的合作关系和基于人际的合作关系对项目管理绩效均具有显著正向影响;知识整合中介了基于契约的合作关系和基于人际的合作关系与项目管理绩效之间的关系;信任正向调节了基于人际的合作关系与项目管理绩效之间的关系,但在基于契约的合作关系与项目管理绩效关系间不起调节作用。研究丰富了项目治理的相关研究,为项目治理效果提供了更为明确的解释逻辑,对项目管理绩效提升具有一定的借鉴意义。Project governance is important to achieve quality intensive growth in China.This paper constructs a theoretical framework of the impact of cooperation relationship on project management performance,and through 322 valid questionnaires to empirically test.The results show that contract-governance cooperation(CG)and interpersonal-governance cooperation(IG)have significant positive effects on project management performance.Knowledge integration mediates the relationship between CG/IG and project management performance.Trust positively moderates the relationship between IG and project management performance,but doesn’t moderate the relationship between CG and project management performance.The research enriches the related research of project governance,provides more explicit explanation logic for the effect of project governance,and has certain reference significance for the improvement of project management performance.
