摘　　要：随着碳排放造成的环境和气候问题愈发严重,越来越多人认识到碳排放控制的重要性。为了减少碳排放,本文建立了政府参与及协调的二级供应链,研究并分析碳交易价格和政府督促因子对供应链碳减排及定价决策的影响。研究发现,对企业而言,在实施碳交易的同时,还应重视低碳减排,提高企业减排动力,结合碳交易价格的变动以期采取恰当的策略;此外,供应链上下游企业也可以进一步选择合适的契约方式,通过提高碳减排来增强产品的市场竞争力。With the increasingly serious environmental and climate problems caused by carbon emissions,more and more people realize the importance of carbon emission control.In order to reduce carbon emissions,a two-level supply chain with government participation and coordination is established,and the impact of carbon trading price and government supervision factors on carbon emission reduction and pricing decision-making of supply chain is analyzed in this paper.The results show that enterprises should also pay attention to low-carbon emission reduction,improve the driving force of enterprise emission reduction,and take appropriate strategies in combination with the change of carbon trading price while implementing carbon trading.In addition,upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain can further choose the appropriate contract mode to enhance the market competitiveness of products by improving carbon emission reduction.
