摘  要:为了解浙江省杭州市临安区水系水体中浮游植物的群落结构特征,于2020年5月在临安区布设26个采样点进行调查,并采用多样性指数对浮游植物群落进行评价。研究结果表明,共鉴定出浮游植物7门50属74种,其中绿藻门浮游植物种类最多,其次为硅藻门。临安区水系夏季浮游植物丰度和生物量分别为0.005~265.37×106cells/L和0.01~164.43mg/L。根据Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H’)、Margalef丰富度指数(D)和Pielou均匀度指数(J)综合评价表明,临安区5条河流及饮用水源地水库里畈水库和水涛庄水库水生态状况为清洁或轻度污染,青山水库部分监测站位为中度污染。To explore the characteristics of phytoplankton community structure in the river system of Lin’ An district,Hang zhou,Zhejiang province,twenty-six sampling sites were set in the Lin’ An district in May,2020. Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Margalef richness index and Pielou evenness index were used to evaluate the diversity of phytoplankton community. The results showed that a total of 74 phytoplankton species and varieties were identified,belonging to 50 genera and 7 phyla.Moreover,the species composition was dominated by chlorophyta,followed by bacillariophyta. The density of phytoplankton and biomass in summer were 0. 005 ~ 265. 37 × 106cells/L and 0. 01 ~ 164. 43mg/L,respectively. A fair-good phytoplankton diversity level was showed,and indicated clean or a light pollution of the five rivers and two drinking water sources Lifan reservoir and Shuitaozhuang reservoir,while a moderate pollution in some sampling sites of Qinshan reservoir by Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Margalef richness index and Pielou evenness index.
