摘  要:为了准确衡量公路沥青老化情况,提出了基于HHT算法的公路沥青老化前后流变特性提取方法。以兰炼-90(LAL)、埃索-90(ESSO)2种公路建设使用基质沥青为原料进行老化试验,基于希尔伯特-黄变换(Hilbert-Huang Transform:HHT)算法,采用经验模式分解计算沥青老化前后流变时域信号,获取基本模式分量,经Hibert变换后,绘制沥青老化前后流变信号的边际谱,依据边际谱,提取沥青老化流变特性的谱能量与谱熵特征。通过试验验证沥青老化前后特性,两种沥青在温度为80℃下的旋转黏度最高,LAL沥青耐高温能力和变形能力均高于ESSO沥青,老化天数为18天时,ESSO沥青的稳定度损失率较LAL沥青高2.5%左右;LAL耐老化能力高于ESSO沥青;可通过所提方法提取到LAL沥青老化前后流变特性的边际谱以及三种边际谱熵特征,衡量沥青老化情况。In order to accurately measure the aging of highway asphalt, a method for extracting the rheological properties of highway asphalt before and after aging based on HHT algorithm is proposed. Based on the Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT) algorithm, the empirical mode decomposition is used to calculate the rheological time domain signal before and after asphalt aging,obtain the basic mode component, and draw the marginal spectrum of the rheological signal before and after asphalt aging. According to the marginal spectrum, the spectral energy and spectral entropy characteristics of asphalt aging rheological properties are extracted.Through experiments to verify the characteristics of asphalt before and after aging, the rotational viscosity of the two kinds of asphalt is the highest at 80℃, and the high temperature resistance and deformation capacity of LAL asphalt are higher than that of ESSO asphalt. When the aging days are 18 days, the stability loss rate of ESSO asphalt is about 2.5% higher than that of LAL asphalt;The aging resistance of LAL is higher than that of ESSO asphalt;The marginal spectrum of rheological properties of LAL asphalt before and after aging and three marginal spectral entropy characteristics can be extracted by the proposed method to measure the aging of asphalt.
