摘　　要：借用制度逻辑的理论视角,探寻民营企业参与产教融合型企业建设培育的迎合行为及后果,包括:市场逻辑赅全,民营企业潜滋暗长伪善行为;公益逻辑偏颇,民营企业巧尽拙出社会责任;理性选择逻辑失衡,民营企业过度营建政治关联。反思民营企业因何突破“使命漂移”困境以明晰行为边界,民营企业要以组织韧性提升企业战略能力、以价值共生实现高质量成长;民营企业参与产教融合型企业建设培育的行为属性要公益性、行为机制需制度化、行为过程含阶段性。民营企业引领产教融合型企业的建设培育需要政府创设良好的参与环境,需要民营企业以能力建设支撑长远的价值共生。From the theoretical perspective of institutional logic, to explore the catering behavior and consequences of private enterprises participating in the construction and cultivation of industry-education integrated enterprise: The logic of the market is partial, there are a lot of fake behavior in private enterprises;the logic of public welfare is not reasonable, the social responsibility of private enterprises is not good;rational choice is not logical, private enterprises excessively build political connections. Reflecting on the behavior of private enterprises,private enterprises should enhance their strategic capabilities, private enterprises should grow healthily;the behavior attribute of private enterprises participating in the construction and cultivation of industry-education integrated enterprise should be public welfare, behavior mechanism should be institutionalized, and the behavioral process need to consist of several stages. It is necessary for the government to create a good participation environment for private enterprises to lead the construction and cultivation of industry-education integrated enterprises, and private enterprises should also pay attention to their own capacity building.
