摘 要:随着教育教学信息化改革的不断深化,新生代农民工职业培训与现代化信息技术的融合是实现其高质量发展的必然途径。通过分析新生代农民工职业培训现状,发现新生代农民工职业培训中存在职业培训需求调研不充分、培训资源整合欠佳、工学矛盾突出和制度宣传落实不到位等问题。通过运用沉浸式教学技术,可以针对岗位需求建设职业培训资源;开发沉浸式培训资源,可以同时开展线上线下职业培训,并完善农民工职业培训内容体系。为此,要加强需求调研,有针对性地开发沉浸式培训资源;整合已有培训资源,加强产教融合、校企合作,完善职业教育与培训资源库;开发完善职业培训公共服务平台,共享职业培训资源;加大宣传力度,提升职业资格证书的社会公信度与认可度。With the continuous deepening of the reform of education and teaching informatization, the integration of vocational training for the new generation of migrant workers and modern information technology is an inevitable way to achieve their high-quality development. By analyzing the current situation of vocational training for the new generation of migrant workers, it is found that there are problems in the vocational training of the new generation of migrant workers, such as insufficient research on vocational training needs,poor integration of training resources, prominent work-study contradictions, and inadequate implementation of system publicity. Through the use of immersive teaching technology, vocational training resources can be built according to job needs;by developing immersive training resources, online and offline vocational training can be carried out at the same time, and the content system of vocational training for migrant workers can be improved. To this end, it is necessary to strengthen demand research and develop immersive training resources in a targeted manner;integrate existing training resources, strengthen industry-education integration, school-enterprise cooperation,and improve vocational education and training resource pools;develop and improve vocational training public service platforms to share vocational training resources;increase publicity efforts to improve the social credibility and recognition of vocational qualification certificates.
