网红经济视角下株洲数字乡村建设赋能乡村振兴的实现路径

摘　　要：数字乡村是实现乡村全面振兴的战略方向,合理利用网红经济助力乡村建设成为大势所趋。实施乡村振兴面临的问题主要包括各地区乡村经济发展不平衡、缺乏产业的整体规划和精准政策扶持、缺乏有干劲且做事高效的领头人和劳动力。基于此,针对数字乡村发展现状和网红经济对乡村振兴的作用,论文提出株洲市数字乡村建设的实现路径,包括扩大数字乡村技术应用、利用大数据夯实数字农业、助推特色农产品产业升级、探索“网红经济+”的人才模式等,以期推动乡村振兴取得新进展。Digital village is the strategic direction to realize the comprehensive rural revitalization. It is the general trend to make rational use of the cyber celebrity economy to help the rural construction. The problems facing the implementation of rural revitalization mainly include the unbalanced development of rural economy in various regions, the lack of overall industrial planning and precise policy support, and the lack of motivated and efficient leaders and labor. Based on this, in view of the current situation of digital village development and the role of cyber celebrity economy on rural revitalization, the paper puts forward the realization paths of digital village construction in Zhuzhou City, including expanding the application of digital village technology, using big data to consolidate digital agriculture, promoting the industrial upgrading of characteristic agricultural products, exploring the talent mode of "cyber celebrity economy +" and so on, so as to promote the rural revitalization to achieve new progress.
