书院制背景下专业型社团对提升大学生就业创业能力的作用研究——以西安建大补天环境保护协会为例

摘　　要：为提升毕业生就业创业竞争力,各高校不断积极探索新途径、新载体。以西安建筑科技大学补天环境保护协会为例,论述了专业型社团在提升并培养大学生综合素质方面发挥的重要作用,分析了其对于高校人才培养的支撑作用,并就其对大学生就业创业能力的提升作用进行了讨论,进而提高大学生的综合素质,满足社会对专业人才的需求。In order to improve the competition of employability and entrepreneurship of graduates,colleges continuously and actively explore new pathway and carriers.Through taking the Environmental Protection Association of Butian of Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology as an example,the study discusses the important role of professional associations in improving and cultivating college students’comprehensive quality,analyzes the supporting role of professional associations in cultivating talents in colleges and universities,and discusses the role of improving students’employment and entrepreneurial ability,to promote the comprehensive quality of college students and satisfy the demand of professional talents.
