基于HMM的烟草包装机内衬纸输送位置纠偏方法

摘　　要：针对传统方法在烟草包装机内衬纸输送位置纠偏中存在精度低、速度慢和成功率低的问题,提出基于HMM的烟草包装机内衬纸输送位置纠偏方法。基于烟草包装机内衬纸输送原理,利用HMM模型的观测向量,设计了烟草包装机内衬纸输送位置纠偏装置,在左侧皮带转速高于右侧皮带的前提下,计算烟草包装机内衬纸的偏移和倾斜角,控制内衬纸两侧的皮带,以最快速度到达烟草包装机偏移量的距离,完成烟草包装机内衬纸输送位置纠偏速度约束,根据HMM模型的概率分布密度,生成内衬纸的输送状态序列,得到烟草包装机内衬纸输送位置纠偏控制公式,利用HMM模型获取到包装机内衬纸输送位置的隐藏变量,实现烟草包装机内衬纸输送位置的纠偏。实验结果表明,该方法不仅可以提高烟草包装机内衬纸输送位置纠偏精度,且提升纠偏速度,提高了纠偏的成功率。Aiming at the problems of low precision,slow speed and low success rate of traditional methods in correcting the conveying position of lining paper in tobacco packaging machine,a method of correcting the conveying position of lining paper in tobacco packaging machine based on HMM is proposed.Based on the conveying principle of the inner lining paper of the tobacco packaging machine and the observation vector of HMM model,the deviation correction device for the conveying position of the inner lining paper of the tobacco packaging machine is designed.On the premise that the speed of the left belt is higher than that of the right belt,the offset and inclination angle of the inner lining paper of the tobacco packaging machine are calculated,and the belts on both sides of the inner lining paper are controlled to reach the offset of the tobacco packaging machine at the fastest speed,complete the deviation correction speed constraint of the inner lining paper conveying position of the tobacco packaging machine,generate the conveying state sequence of the inner lining paper according to the probability distribution density of the HMM model,obtain the deviation correction control formula of the inner lining paper conveying position of the tobacco packaging machine,obtain the hidden variables of the inner lining paper conveying position of the packaging machine by using the HMM model,and realize the deviation correction of the inner lining paper conveying position of the tobacco packaging machine.The experimental results show that the proposed method can not only improve the deviation correction accuracy of the conveying position of the lining paper in the tobacco packaging machine,but also improve the deviation correction speed and improve the success rate of deviation correction.
