摘  要:针对水库水轮发电机控制系统存在控制稳定性差、控制效果差和能耗高的问题,提出大型数据库下的水库水轮发电机控制系统设计方法,通过现地控制单元层和主控层设计水库水轮发电机控制系统的硬件结构,并将采集的数据记录存储起来,构建大型数据库。采用C语言编写水库水轮发电机控制软件,并在大型数据库的基础上建立了水轮机的数学控制模型,以此为依据,采用PID控制算法实现水库水轮发电机的控制,完成水库水轮发电机控制系统的设计。实验结果表明,所提方法的控制稳定性高、控制效果好且系统能耗低,可为保证水库水轮发电机的稳定、高效运行提供参考。In view of the problems of poor control stability,poor control effect and high energy consumption in the reservoir hydrogenerator control system,the design method of reservoir hydrogenerator control system under large database is proposed.The hardware structure of reservoir hydrogenerator control system is designed through local control unit layer and main control layer,and the collected data are recorded and stored to build a large database.The control software of reservoir hydrogenerator is written in C language,and the mathematical control model of hydraulic turbine is established on the basis of large database.On this basis,the control of reservoir hydrogenerator is realized by PID control algorithm,and the design of reservoir hydrogenerator control system is completed.The experimental results show that the proposed method has high control stability,good control effect and low system energy consumption.It provides a reference for ensuring the stable and efficient operation of reservoir hydro generator.
