摘　　要：目的研究三种镍钛器械预备根管后牙本质微裂纹的发生情况。方法收集2021年1—5月在厦门医学院附属口腔医院口腔颌面外科因正畸治疗拔除的单根管、根管轻度弯曲的前磨牙80颗,随机分为四组,每组20个标本。实验组分别采用M3-L、M3-PRO、ProTaper Gold机用镍钛器械进行根管预备,对照组不进行预备。在距根尖3、6、9 mm处进行盘切,体式显微镜下观察微裂纹发生情况。结果对照组未发生微裂纹。M3-L组牙本质微裂纹发生比例最高(46.9%),M3-PRO组次之(31.2%),ProTaper Gold组微裂纹发生比例最低(21.9%),M3-L组和ProTaper Gold组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。M3-L、M3-PRO、ProTaper Gold三组在3、6、9 mm均有微裂纹发生,三处裂纹发生比例的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在轻度弯曲的根管中,ProTaper Gold预备后的根管微裂纹发生比例比M3-L低。Objective To study the occurrence of dentinal microcracks after root canal preparation with three nickel-titanium instruments.Methods A total of 80 premolar teeth with single root canals and mildly curved root canals extracted for orthodontic treatment from January to May 2021 in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of the Stomatological Hospital of Xiamen Medical College were randomly divided into four groups with 20 specimens in each group.The experimental group was treated respectively with M3-L,M3-PRO,and ProTaper Gold nickel-titanium instruments for root canal preparation,while the control group was not prepared.Disc cuts were performed at 3,6,and 9 mm from the root tip,and the occurrence of dentinal microcracks was observed under a stereomicroscope.Results No dentinal microcracks occurred in the control group.The percentage of dentinal microcracks occurred was the highest in the M3-L group(46.9%),followed by the M3-PRO group(31.2%),and the lowest in the ProTaper Gold group(21.9%),with statistically significant differences between the M3-L group and the ProTaper Gold group(P<0.05).The M3-L,M3-PRO,and ProTaper Gold groups had dentinal microcracks occurring at 3,6,and 9 mm from the root tip,but there was no statistically significant difference among the three groups in the percentage of dentinal microcracks occurred at all three locations(P>0.05).Conclusion The percentage of dentinal microcracks that occurred in mildly curved root canals prepared with ProTaper Gold is lower than th at with M3-L.
