摘　　要：睡眠障碍已经对人类的身心健康造成了严重的影响。长期使用的成瘾物质常伴随睡眠障碍,但人们对潜在的睡眠障碍与成瘾之间的关系往往缺乏认识。近几年,国内外众多科研人员将吸烟成瘾与睡眠障碍进行研究,进一步探究吸烟成瘾与睡眠障碍之间的交互影响。本文主要阐述了吸烟成瘾与睡眠障碍相关的研究进展,特别是对吸烟者睡眠问题的相关研究进行了分析与展望,为有效地防治睡眠障碍和成瘾问题提供了理论基础。Sleep disorders have caused serious effects on human physical and mental health.Sleep problems are often associated with long-term use of addictive substances,but there is often a lack of awareness of the relationship between underlying sleep disorders and addiction.In recent years,many researchers at home and abroad have conducted studies on smoking addiction and sleep disorders to further explore the interaction between smoking addiction and sleep disorders.This paper mainly describes the research progress of smoking addiction and sleep disorders,especially the analysis and prospect of the related research on smokers′sleep problems,which provides a theoretical basis for the effective prevention and treatment of sleep disorders and addiction.
