摘  要:本文研制设计了一种基于双极电晕放电的新型无风机空气净化装置。实验研究了双极电晕的放电特性、离子风速、发射光谱及活性粒子种类和臭氧浓度,然后利用双极电晕净化装置进行了灭菌和去除挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)实验,并测试了净化装置的循环气量、噪声、副产物残余等性能参数。结果表明,双极电晕放电的伏安曲线满足经典汤森关系;介质板的利用有效避免了电极间火花放电的产生,使装置具有更高的操作电压和更大的离子风速。双极电晕产生的发射光谱以氮、氧和OH自由基的谱线为主。灭菌和去除VOCs实验表明,该双极电晕净化装置可在6 min左右完全杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌,相比于传统单极电晕(单针-环)或传统无介质层的双极电晕具有更高的杀菌效率;可以在120 min内使30 m^(3)测试室初始浓度为1.06 mg/m^(3)的甲醛(HCHO)降至0.1 mg/m^(3)以下;而且臭氧、氮氧化物等副产物的浓度低,达到环境质量标准;净化装置的噪声小,满足相关标准的要求。In this paper,a novel fan-free air purifier based on bipolar corona discharge was developed.The discharge characteristics and the emission spectrum of the bipolar corona were studied experimentally,and the ionic wind velocity,the active species and the ozone concentration were measured.The performance of this bipolar-corona-based purification device was tested on the sterilization and the removal rate of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).The circulating gas volume,the noise and the residual by-product were measured.The results showed that the current-voltage curve of the bipolar corona discharge obeyed the classical Townsend relation.The application of the dielectric plate between the bipolar corona needles could sufficiently avoid spark discharge,to improve significantly the operating voltage and hence the ionic wind velocity.The emission spectrum of the bipolar corona was dominated by the spectral lines of nitrogen,oxygen and OH radicals,etc.Sterilization and VOCs removal experiments showed that this purification device could sterilize Staphylococcus aureus completely within 6 minutes which provided a higher sterilization efficiency compared with the traditional single-needle corona or theneedle-needle bipolar corona without dielectric layer.Formaldehyde(HCHO)with an initial concentration of 1.06 mg/m^(3) in a 30m^(3)-room could be reduced to as low as 0.1mg/m^(3) after 120 minutes of treatment,with a lower concentration of by-products(O_(3) and NO_(x)).The noise of the device was also very low to meet the relevant standards.
