摘 要:由于跨境电商业务的逐渐兴起,跨境电商企业销售市场和出售商品类别呈现多元化,同时行业对电商人员的业务要求逐渐提升。本文在简述国内跨境电商人才现状的基础上,深入分析跨境电商人才在培养过程中存在的问题,并结合实际提出人才培养、社会化培训体系、打造跨境电商师资团队以及校企合作定制化培养等方面的跨境电商人才培养对策研究。With the rise and development of cross-border e-commerce,the sales markets and commodities of cross-border e-commerce enterprises are diversified and requirements for staff in e-commerce are more demanding.This article delves into the existing problems in the talent training of cross-border e-commerce based on the status quo of domestic talents of crossborder e-commerce,and puts forward countermeasures for training talents in cross-border e-commerce from the perspectives of systems for talent cultivation and social training,building faculty for cross-border e-commerce and customized training with the cooperation between universities and enterprises.
