摘　　要：结合经典论著及临床实践,阐述桂枝的各种临床应用。认为桂枝临床应用广泛,和不同药物配伍后有解肌和表、通阳散痹、化气利水、补虚和营、扶阳补阳、活血行瘀、下气平冲、温化痰饮等临床功效。Guizhi is the traditional herb in TCM,and widely used in clinic,it could relieve the muscle and the exterior,activate Yang and remove the arthralgia,transform Qi and promote diuresis,tonify the deficiency and regulate the nutrients,support and tonify Yang,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,lower Qi and calm the thoroughfare,warm and remove phlegm and retained fluid after combining with different herbs.Clinical therapy of Guizhi was illustrated on the foundation of classic work,the author′s clinical practice and experience.
