摘 要:研究聚焦于高校的国际交流项目,以S大学的海外本科生来华科研实习项目为例,在厘清项目的设立初衷及意义的基础上,运用多层次分析法(AHP)评估该项目的实施过程及整体成效并提出应发扬事前及事中管理的优势,保障项目适应新环境、新形势和新需求;应在国际化环境中推进沉浸式培养模式以形成惠及双方的良性循环;应优化项目设立的初衷,做出适应性调整以促进项目可持续性发展;应加强本土高等教育国际化的内涵建设以应对时代发展的新挑战。This paper focuses on the international exchange programs in Chinese universities,taking the international undergraduate research internship program at S University in China as an example.Based on the clarification of the original purpose and significance of this program,the paper evaluates the implementation process and overall effectiveness of this program by applying analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and suggests that the advantages of ex ante and ex post management should be promoted to ensure that this program adapts to the new environment,new situation and new needs.The immersion mode should be adopted in the international environment to form a virtuous cycle that benefits both sides.The original purpose of this program should be optimized,and adaptations should be made to promote sustainability.The connotation construction of the internationalization of domestic higher education should be strengthened to meet the new challenges in the furture.
