摘  要:汽车安全带为车辆最为重要的被动安全装置,安全带系统的卷收器提供了其“加速锁止”功能,文章在前期构建汽车安全带卷收器加速锁止力学模型的基础上,阐明了卷收器加速锁止机构到达临界状态的工作过程,对其进行了运动学分析。针对某卷收器锁止模型结构设计参数,归纳了不同测试加速度条件下“转动角度、接触力与加速时间”之间的关系,计算了不同测试加速度到达临界状态所需时间及转动角,所得结果为卷收器相关参数的设计提供了依据。The car seat belt is the most important passive safety device of the vehicle. The retractor of the seat belt system provides its "acceleration lock" function. The working process of the automobile safety belt retractor acceleration locking device is clarified under reaching critical state based on the mechanical model of accelerated locking which constructed earlier by us. The kinematic analysis of the acceleration locking device is carried out. The relationship between "rotation angle,contact force and acceleration time" under different test acceleration conditions is summarized for the structural design parameters of a retractor lock model. The required time and the rotation angle are calculated for different test accelerations to reach the critical state. These results provide design basis for the relevant parameters of the retractor.
