摘  要:在知识经济时代快速获取并利用新知识是新创企业生存和成长的关键,学习导向为企业获取和利用新知识奠定了战略性基础,而以往研究忽视了学习导向对新创企业的影响,尤其是在学习导向对新创企业绩效影响的路径方面缺乏深入探索。本文从组织学习理论出发,构建学习导向、探索式创新、利用式创新和新创企业绩效关系间的理论模型,并通过问卷调查法收集数据和验证理论模型。结果表明:学习导向能够提升新创企业绩效;探索式创新、利用式创新在学习导向与新创企业绩效之间具有中介作用;利用式创新的中介作用强于探索式创新的中介作用。在此基础上,新创企业管理者应通过建立学习型组织、提高创新力度、加强异质领域知识的学习来提高企业的绩效水平。In the era of knowledge economy,rapid acquisition and utilization of new knowledge is the key to the survival and growth of new enterprises.Learning orientation lays a strategic foundation for enterprises to acquire and utilize new knowledge.However,previous studies have ignored the impact of learning orientation on new enterprises,especially there is a lack of in-depth exploration of the path of the impact of learning orientation on the performance of new enterprises.Based on organizational learning theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the relationship among learning orientation,exploratory innovation,exploitative innovation and new enterprises performance,and collects data and verifies the theoretical model through a questionnaire survey.The results show that learning orientation can improve the performance of new enterprises;exploratory innovation and utilization innovation play a mediating role between learning orientation and new enterprise performance;the mediating role of utilization innovation is stronger than that of exploratory innovation.On this basis,new enterprise managers should improve their performance level by establishing learning organizations,improving innovation intensity and strengthening the learning of heterogeneous domain knowledge.
