美国基金投顾发展对我国的启示

摘　　要：基金投资顾问业务对应的财富管理模式是美国资本市场的重要参与者,美国投资顾问业务经历近80年的发展,在尝试、革新、优化过程中形成了当下颇为成熟的业务模式与形态。我国于2019年正式推行基金投顾试点,基金投顾业务正处于发展初期,该文通过梳理美国投顾业务发展历程与特征,以嘉信理财作为案例,分析其投顾业务发展经验,最后针对现行我国基金投顾业务给出相应发展建议。The wealth management model corresponding to the fund investment consulting business is an important participant in the U.S.capital market.After nearly 80 years of development,the U.S.investment consulting business has formed a quite mature business model and form in the process of trial,innovation,optimization and upgrading.China officially launched the fund investment advisory pilot in 2019,and the fund investment advisory business is in the early stage of development.This paper analyzes the development experience of the investment consulting business in the United States by sorting out the development history and characteristics of the investment consulting business and taking Charles Schwab as a case.Finally,it gives the corresponding development suggestions for the current fund investment consulting business in China.
