摘 要:体育教学观对体育教学行为具有重要指导作用,学科核心素养下体育教学观是实现新时代体育与健康课程改革政策有效落实与推进的必要条件。基于落实“立德树人”根本任务和“健康第一”指导思想的新时代体育教育要求,从体育学科核心素养提出的时代背景与本质内涵入手,明晰新时代体育教学观的基本概念及其内涵意蕴,指出新时代体育教学观转向是基于落实立德树人根本任务的本质诉求、深化学校体育课程改革发展的内在要求、保障学生在体育学习中有更多获得感的现实需求的时代缘起,但受到主体外部环境——制度环境和文化环境、内部因素——认知理解和内化生成两个因素的影响,仍然存在教学目标认知有待深入领悟精髓、教学内容选择需要紧密结合实际和教学方式设计亟需超越突破传统的现实问题。基于此,提出新时代体育教学观转向应通过适度行政主导与多方协同共治相兼顾、教育引导与政策研究相结合、文化积淀与实践参与相贯串的实现路径,促进学科核心素养下体育教学观有序形成。The concept of physical education plays an important guiding role in physical education teaching behavior,and the concept of physical education under the discipline core literacy is the necessary condition to realize the effective implementation and promotion of the reform policy of physical education and health curriculum in the new era.Based on the requirements of physical education in the new era of implementing the basic task of“cultivating people by virtue”and the guiding ideology of“health first”,starting with the background and essential connotation of the core quality of physical education,this paper clarifies the basic concepts and connotation of the concept of physical education in the new era.It is pointed out that the change of the concept of physical ed⁃ucation teaching in the new era is the origin of the times,which is based on the essential demands of implementing the fundamental tasks of cultivating peo⁃ple by virtue,deepening the internal requirements of the reform and development of school physical education curriculum,and ensuring that students have more sense of gain in physical education learning.However,influenced by the external environment of the subject-institutional environment and cultural en⁃vironment and internal factors-cognitive understanding and internalization,there are still some practical problems,such as insufficient understanding of the essence of target cognition,unrealistic need for experiential expansion of content selection,and insufficient reform of compliance of way design.Based on this,this paper puts forward that the transformation of PE teaching concept in the new era should take into account moderate administrative leadership and multi-party cooperation and governance,combine education guidance with policy research,and promote the orderly formation of PE teaching concept under the discipline core literacy.
