摘 要:目的研究急诊基于团队实施的心肺复苏(Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation,CPR)对心脏骤停患者急救效果的影响。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2022年1月我院收治的161例有第一目击者且无灌流时间<10 min的心脏骤停患者资料。根据是否应用团队复苏进行救治,分为团队复苏组与非团队复苏组,比较两组之间救治心脏骤停患者过程中各时间节点及自主循环恢复(Return Of Spontaneous Circulation,ROSC)成功率差异。结果团队复苏组首次除颤时间、静脉通道建立时间、首次给药时间、人工气道建立时间、胸外按压中断时间均较非团队复苏组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ROSC成功率较非团队复苏组明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);成员对团队复苏工作的整体满意度较非团队复苏时明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于团队实施的心肺复苏有利于提高整体复苏质量,提升心脏骤停患者ROSC成功率。Objective To study the effect of team-based cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)in the emergency department on the emergency effect of patients with cardiac arrest.Methods From January 2019 to January 2022,161 patients with cardiac arrests were treated in our hospital as research objects.According to whether the application team recovers from treatment,it is divided into the team recovery group and the non-team recovery group.Compared with the two groups of rescue cardiac arrest patients,each time node and autonomous cycle recovery(ROSC)success rate differences.Results The first defibrillation time,venous channel construction time,first administration time,artificial airway construction time,and chest compression interruption time in the team resuscitation group were all significantly shorter than those in the non-team resuscitation group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The ROSC success rate was significantly higher than in the non-team resuscitation group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);the overall satisfaction of members with team resuscitation was significantly higher than that of non-team resuscitation work was the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Team-based implementation of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation contributes to the overall quality of resuscitation and improves the success rate of ROSC for patients in cardiac arrest.
