摘　　要：本文对国内外突发公共事件背景下院前急救管理的人才队伍建设、心理干预、“反馈”机制、资源配置、空中院前急救服务等方面进行归纳总结,梳理出我国院前急救体系在应对突发公共事件的不足之处,借鉴发达国家先进经验,为我国院前急救管理的发展与进步提供参考。The article analyzed the human resource development,psychological intervention,"feedback"mechanism,resource allocation and air pre-hospital emergency services in the context of public emergencies at home and abroad.The author sorted out the shortcomings of China’s pre-hospital emergency management system and drew on the advanced experience of developed countries to provide a reference for developing China’s pre-hospital emergency management system.
