摘　　要：欲通伤寒,先晓六经。六经辨证作为主要的辨证方法贯穿于整部《伤寒论》,也是该书最突出的成就之一。但自古至今,对于六经与六经辨证,医家的认识各有不同,解读方式也不胜枚举。该文分为两部分,第一部分介绍了六经辨证形成的背景和理论基础,以及六经理论的发展和后世医家对六经辨证的解读发挥,分析了诸多医家对六经和六经辨证的不同见解;第二部分讨论了6种与六经密切相关的学说,通过这6种学说对《伤寒论》的不同认识,从不同方面解读六经辨证,内容包括经络学说对六经辨证产生的影响、气化学说理论及其对六经理论的解读、六经地面说对六经病病位的认识、脏腑与六经病产生传变之间的关系、六经分别与八纲和与卫气营血联合辨证的逻辑关系及物质基础。Six meridians are the prerequisite for the understanding of cold damage.As the main method of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation,six-meridian syndrome differentiation runs through the Treatise on Cold Damage(Shang Han Lun)t and it is also one of the prominent achievements of this classic.However,since ancient times,doctors have had different understandings of the six meridians and six-meridian syndrome differentiation,and there are various interpretations.This article is divided into two parts.The first part introduces the background and theoretical basis of six-meridian syndrome differentiation,the development of six-meridian theory,and the interpretation of six-meridian syndrome differentiation by later doctors,and analyzes the different views of doctors on the six meridians and the six-meridian syndrome differentiation.The second part discusses six theories closely related to the six-meridian syndrome differentiation and interprets the six-meridian syndrome differentiation from different aspects based on different understandings of Treatise on Cold Damage through the six theories.To be specific,the contents include the influence of meridian and collateral theory on the six-meridian syndrome differentiation,qi transformation theory and its interpretation of six-meridian theory,an overview of six-meridians disease location from the"Liujing Dimian Theory",the relationship of Zang-fu organs and six-meridian disease transmission,and logical relationship and material basis of the joint syndrome differentiation of six meridians with eight principles and defense-qi-nutrient-blood.
