摘　　要：对于高等院校而言,培养具备专业知识,拥有较高实践能力及素养的优秀人才是其肩负的社会使命。特别是在当今社会,全球经济一体化发展,工业企业发展速度飞快,对于化工、制药方面人才的需求量越来越大,如何才能培养更多符合企业及社会发展的新型人才成为了高等院校需要考虑的重点话题。而此次通过对应用型本科化工与制药类专业进行简单概述,探讨当前化工与制药类人才培养中面临的困境,并且给予了切实可行的建议。For colleges and universities,it is their social mission to cultivate excellent talents with professional knowledge,high practical ability and accomplishment.Especially in today's society,with the development of global economic integration and the rapid development of industrial enterprises,the demand for chemical and pharmaceutical talents is increasing.How to train more new talents in line with the development of enterprises and society has become a key topic for colleges and universities to consider.This time,through a brief overview of the applied undergraduate chemical and pharmaceutical majors,the difficulties faced by the current chemical and pharmaceutical talents training are discussed,and practical suggestions are given.
