摘 要:目的 分析螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)+表面遮盖显示技术(SSD)对喉部解剖结构的显示能力及各种病变的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析在我院接受治疗的疑似喉部病变患者的临床资料,基于2020年2月-2021年2月选取54例作为研究对象,均行MPR+SSD检查,分析其对于喉部解剖结构的显示能力及诊断的价值。结果 MPR+SSD图像能够很好地显示喉腔内结构,效果要明显优于常规轴位图像(P<0.05);也能够清晰地显示喉腔内生长的病变结构。结论 在喉部患者中实施MPR+SSD检查,可使常规轴位图像有效补充,让医护人员明确喉腔内病变及气道改变。Objective To analyze the display ability of spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and surface shaded display (SSD) in laryngeal anatomy and the diagnostic value of various lesions.Methods The clinical data of patients with suspected laryngeal lesions treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Based on February 2020 to February 2021,54 cases were selected as the research objects,all underwent MPR + SSD,and their display ability and diagnostic value for laryngeal anatomy were analyzed.Results MPR + SSD image could display the structure of laryngeal cavity well,and the effect was significantly better than that of conventional axial image (P < 0.05);It can also clearly show the pathological structure growing in the laryngeal cavity.Conclusion MPR + SSD examination in laryngeal patients can effectively supplement the conventional axial images,and let the medical staff know the laryngeal lesions and airway changes.
