摘　　要：区域协调发展不仅是国家统筹东中西部地区经济社会发展的宏观战略,也是各地推动高质量发展的重要动力和强劲引擎。由于地形地貌、资源环境和发展基础等不同,甘肃省的地区发展差异和区域协调发展一直具有很强的代表性。本文基于ESRE评价指标体系构建区域协调发展指数的时空分析,从经济、社会、资源、环境4个方面对甘肃省14个市州的区域发展水平地区差异及其协调发展程度进行空间维度、时间维度的测度,从整体和系统视角探讨甘肃这一区域系统整体和各市州区域子系统中经济、社会、资源、环境各个系统、各指标要素的相互关系,得出了甘肃区域协调发展在空间分布上的地区差异特征和演变规律,本文的研究结论和建议可以为区域协调发展理念在甘肃地区的贯彻与应用提供思路和路径参考。Regional coordinated development is not only the country's macro strategy for overall planning of economic and social development in the eastern,central and western regions of China,but also increasingly becoming the important motive forceof various localities to promote the high-quality development.Due to differences in topography,resource environment,and development basis,Gansu Province's regional development differences and regional coordinated development have always been highly representative.Based on the ESRE evaluation index system construction and the time-space analysis of the regional coordinated development,the regional difference characteristics and evolution laws of the spatial distribution of Gansu's coordinated development are analyzed from the four aspects of economy,society,resources and environment and the overall system perspective.The interrelationships between the entire regional system and the subsystems and index elements of the overall system have been explored.Conclusions of this paper may provide reference for ideas and paths in the implementation and application of the concept of regional coordinated development at the regional level in Gansu.
